WHOLE 30- DAY 30
Yahooooooo!!! THE LAST DAY! SEPTEMBER 05, 2017. I've been very busy for the whole month huhu so I can't post updates for my whole 30 diet. Anyway!!!! I think this diet helped me to discipline my eating habit and to control it as well especially with rice!!! I can live without rice!!!!!!!!!!! Finally! I think I will still contonue this diet but will have cheat days for Dairy products! Hahaha! Probiotic milk is my life and I missed it so much!!! Wait for me pizza. (During cheat day only! Hahaha loveyou bye!

WHOLE 30- DAY 26
Four day left! Yay! But I ate 2 slices of local pizza today :( I'm so sorry "BER" is in and There are a lot of BIRTHDAYS THIS MONTH!!!! And it's first day of September, my birthday month! (I ate a hotdog last night:( huhu stress to the highest) It's a real struggle for me not to have a bite to the NO NO Food coz Imma Stress eater. But I think I can say NO to RICE easily than breads and dairy products. Huhu I love them so much!!!

Gloomy weather? I think the weather makes me think about food. 😢 haha!! I want to eat something meaty and salty today but ughhh. I can do this!!!

WHOLE 30- DAY 19
Still on my hell busy week!! I almost starved myself ealier. I wasn't able to have my breakfast and lunch. Around 2pm my boss called for a meeting that ends around late 4 in the afternoon then she realized she was hungry too. She treated me in jollibee our all time fave fastfood coz it's near the office and it's cheap!!
For my super late breakfast and lunch I had Jolly Chicken spag!! My comfort food. Huhu yess I'm so stressed lately.
I went back to pur office near our house to finish some effing paper works. 😭 I had my dinner break at home for 40 minutes I had Tinolang Manok with atay, sayote, and patis with sili!! Ang sarap I almost want to eat rice!!!!! But N O ! Went home super late again. I wish I have lots of time to prepare a healthier meal everyday!!!!

WHOLE 30- DAY 18
Yup I'm jumping into Day 18 coz I forgot to log my food during day 16 and 17 coz I was super busy at work!! I'm actually still here at the office writing this. Overtime galore coz hello deadlines!!!!
But don't worry I'm not forgetting that I'm still on this diet.
Breakfast
For my breakfast I had mixed veggies with pork (cabbage, kinchay, and sayote). My fam cooked this last night for my dinner but I wasn't able to join them for dinner last night coz I was in Pangasinan and went home very late.
Lunch
I had bopis and Okoy or Shrimp Fritter (my fave option at 10bucks canteen near our office)
Dinner
Dinner out with my officemate!! I had sizzling burger patty (oh crap I'm sorry this is not allowed but IDK I've eaten it anyway) and chicken
I'm still struggling balancing my time to eat to work and to prepare my meals. But most of the time I'm forgetting to prepare my meal coz either I'm lazy to do it, I have no time coz of work!! :(

WHOLE 30- DAY 15
WOAAAHHHH I'M ALMOST HALF WAY!!! It's Monday, It's holiday here in the Philippines, and raining so hard but I have work. :(
Since I ate a lot yesterday, I think my stomach doesn't want to accept any food for now. Ugh. But my tongue wants something...
I think the only meal I had this day is a cup of Nilagang baboy with potatos!!! Then I had piattos for snacks. That's it. 😐
