Yup I'm jumping into Day 18 coz I forgot to log my food during day 16 and 17 coz I was super busy at work!! I'm actually still here at the office writing this. Overtime galore coz hello deadlines!!!!
But don't worry I'm not forgetting that I'm still on this diet.
Breakfast
For my breakfast I had mixed veggies with pork (cabbage, kinchay, and sayote). My fam cooked this last night for my dinner but I wasn't able to join them for dinner last night coz I was in Pangasinan and went home very late.
Lunch
I had bopis and Okoy or Shrimp Fritter (my fave option at 10bucks canteen near our office)
Dinner
Dinner out with my officemate!! I had sizzling burger patty (oh crap I'm sorry this is not allowed but IDK I've eaten it anyway) and chicken
I'm still struggling balancing my time to eat to work and to prepare my meals. But most of the time I'm forgetting to prepare my meal coz either I'm lazy to do it, I have no time coz of work!! :(
