WHOLE 30- DAY 30
Yahooooooo!!! THE LAST DAY! SEPTEMBER 05, 2017. I've been very busy for the whole month huhu so I can't post updates for my whole 30 diet. Anyway!!!! I think this diet helped me to discipline my eating habit and to control it as well especially with rice!!! I can live without rice!!!!!!!!!!! Finally! I think I will still contonue this diet but will have cheat days for Dairy products! Hahaha! Probiotic milk is my life and I missed it so much!!! Wait for me pizza. (During cheat day only! Hahaha loveyou bye!

WHOLE 30- DAY 26
Four day left! Yay! But I ate 2 slices of local pizza today :( I'm so sorry "BER" is in and There are a lot of BIRTHDAYS THIS MONTH!!!! And it's first day of September, my birthday month! (I ate a hotdog last night:( huhu stress to the highest) It's a real struggle for me not to have a bite to the NO NO Food coz Imma Stress eater. But I think I can say NO to RICE easily than breads and dairy products. Huhu I love them so much!!!

WHOLE 30- DAY 19
Still on my hell busy week!! I almost starved myself ealier. I wasn't able to have my breakfast and lunch. Around 2pm my boss called for a meeting that ends around late 4 in the afternoon then she realized she was hungry too. She treated me in jollibee our all time fave fastfood coz it's near the office and it's cheap!!
For my super late breakfast and lunch I had Jolly Chicken spag!! My comfort food. Huhu yess I'm so stressed lately.
I went back to pur office near our house to finish some effing paper works. 😭 I had my dinner break at home for 40 minutes I had Tinolang Manok with atay, sayote, and patis with sili!! Ang sarap I almost want to eat rice!!!!! But N O ! Went home super late again. I wish I have lots of time to prepare a healthier meal everyday!!!!

WHOLE 30- DAY 18
Yup I'm jumping into Day 18 coz I forgot to log my food during day 16 and 17 coz I was super busy at work!! I'm actually still here at the office writing this. Overtime galore coz hello deadlines!!!!
But don't worry I'm not forgetting that I'm still on this diet.
Breakfast
For my breakfast I had mixed veggies with pork (cabbage, kinchay, and sayote). My fam cooked this last night for my dinner but I wasn't able to join them for dinner last night coz I was in Pangasinan and went home very late.
Lunch
I had bopis and Okoy or Shrimp Fritter (my fave option at 10bucks canteen near our office)
Dinner
Dinner out with my officemate!! I had sizzling burger patty (oh crap I'm sorry this is not allowed but IDK I've eaten it anyway) and chicken
I'm still struggling balancing my time to eat to work and to prepare my meals. But most of the time I'm forgetting to prepare my meal coz either I'm lazy to do it, I have no time coz of work!! :(

WOAAAHHHH I'M ALMOST HALF WAY!!! It's Monday, It's holiday here in the Philippines, and raining so hard but I have work. :(
Since I ate a lot yesterday, I think my stomach doesn't want to accept any food for now. Ugh. But my tongue wants something...
I think the only meal I had this day is a cup of Nilagang baboy with potatos!!! Then I had piattos for snacks. That's it. 😐

I had Lechon Manok from our last night's dinner and I paired it with 1pc fried egg

So we're complete that's why my dad cooked Ginataang Tilapia and Fried Tilapia, it's Family's fave. So yeah, wasn't able to control myself :( I ate total of 4 Tilapia!!!! (STILL NO RICE)
Dinner
Since my sister, Angel passed her board exam and now a Registered Social worker she treated us at OGANE Korean Restaurant, Tomas Morato. Unlimited Samgyeopsal!!!!! Mygossssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I ate a lot of meat and veggies for side dishes ♥

WHOLE 30- DAY 13
Hooray for Saturday!! Pshhh watta tough and rough week for me!! It's really tiring and I guess it's obvious with my blogs 😂 Lazy post! Anyway, since it's my day off tomorrow I have lots of energy tonight (to waste? Haha).
For the past few days I noticed that my cravings for rice was gone. Well, at times I'm thinking of eating rice but Imma strong independent woman so NO. Hahaha!! The real struggle for me with this diet is not to eat dairy products!! Huhu I love cheese and milk!! HOW WHY???????? ALSO IT'S REALLY HARD FOR ME NOT TO EAT PROCESSED FOOD LIKE TOCINO, LONGGANISA AND HOTDOG COZ MY FAMILY LOVE THOSE FOOD AND ALMOST EVERYDAY WE'RE HAVING IT FOR BREAKFAST OR DINNER. HUHU So honestly I'm having a pinch of it. Huhu sorry. Anyway so here's my food list for today:

WHOLE 30- DAY 5
WHAT A TIRING AND CRAZY DAY. I rushed my mom to the hospital this morning. Few minutes after I arrived at the office she called me and told me she can't breathe. I ran as fast as I can going home. She's stable now but admitted at the hospital.
So yeah breakfast.. I have no appetite since last night and it's my first day of period so I didn't have any food for breakfast.
Lunch
Chicken Fillet (no rice) and Twister Fries of Mcdonalds. Huhu I was really tired nd hungry. I've almost no choice because Mcdonalds is the nearest foodchain around the hospital.

Papaya and Roasted Chicken

Just my Second day, but I wasn't able to take photos almost all of my meals today coz Imma busy bee earlier at work~ 😄

Breakfast (8:30-10:00am)
I woke up early today 'coz of work. My younger sister cooked 'Lumpiang Shanghai' (wasn't able to take a photo) for breakfast (it's my faaave~ 😢😊). Tried my best not to eat and just have an oatmeal and a banana for breaky but I guess my best wasn't good enough~~ Haha! I ate maybe 2 servings of Shanghai? Ughh. So delicious! Since, I'll be super late going to work, I just continued my breaky--oatmeal at the office . 💚 bwahaa need to have a heavy breakfast cozzz ill be entering a warzone (werkk)

Boiled Egg Plant with Shrimp Paste, Tawilis Fish Okoy (I also bought Kangkong with Tofu but wasn't able to finish it coz I didn't like the taste 😧)
Btw I stayed at my 'original' office with officemate (yeah with 2 crazy humans!) just a minute walk from our house 😂 #ThugLife #LazierLife So obviously I had my lunch with them!! It was tricky 'coz they're teasing me with rice huhu they know how much I LOVED rice especially White Rice!! 😭😭😭 BAD CRAZY HUMANS! BUT NO!! I'M SERIOUS ON THIS DIET AND MY REASONS OF ACCEPTING ARE CLEAR IN MY MIND. 😃

I had my dinner at the office with my workmates. I brought egg plants for them, then they cooked it for our dinner. I was planning to have meat tonight at home with my family but I was too shy to decline their offer to have dinner with them. 😊

Whole 30 - DAY 1
It's my FIRST DAY!
I'm going to share here my meal(s) for the whole day and how I survive this day.
I'm not a morning person and I'm a lazy AF to prepare my own meal. But now that I'm on this challenge, I've no choice but to cook or to prepare my meal every morning (or even at night). (But I still woke up late this morning haha!) Since I'm always in a hurry (OH REALLY HUH) because I'll be super late at work (AS ALWAYS), I just boiled 2 eggs and a sweet potato for my LUNCH and packed some Instant Oatmeal- Banana Flavor, Skyflakes, Bananas, and tea for breakfast and snack!! I used LAXATIVE as my 'MORNING TEA" drink today because yesterday was Sunday and hellya ofcourse, I ate a lot and I haven't p**~ed yet this morning hihi 😊
Breakfast (10:00am-11am)
Small Banana, Quaker Instant Oatmeal Banana and Honey Flavor, and the Laxative Tea
FYI, I am a working young lady. I do (all-around) admin-office work alone. Yes, alone 'coz I'm usually alone at the office. Especially now that my Senior Sales Officer is on her maternity leave. And I think that explains why I always eat later than the usual 'proper' meal-time.
Lunch (1:30-2:30pm)
Boiled Sweet Potato (Nilagang Kamote), Egg, Banana
Just ate 1 egg for lunch and 1 for snack. It's still better to have snack in between meals so that you'll not starve so much, especially when you're still adjusting to your new diet plan and if you're working actively.
Dinner (9:00-9:30pm)
2 small Omelette Egg Plant (Tortang Talong)
Sooo I ate total of 3 eggs today! 😂🐣🐣🐣
Today, I didn't only start to change my diet meal but also my daily routine going to work! After arguing with my laziness, I finally decided to take jeep from home to work vice-versa. This will require me to walk for more minutes than my usual LRT and UBER/GRAB ride.
First day Done! It was 90% Success only 'coz I ate a Super King Size Hotdog (fam's dinner 😢) sarreh 😭
Btw, I'm using FITNESS PAL to guide me on my calories, carbs, sugar etc. intake. My Fitness Pal Diary below:

WHOLE 30 DAY CHALLENGE
Thirty days of NO RICE, BREAD, GRAINS, NUTS, DAIRY, FASTFOOD, AND PROCESSED FOOD.
Reasons why I MUST ACCEPT this Challenge:
1. FOR MY HEALTH! I think this is my main reason. I'm getting older, I'll be 23 this coming September. I hate my immune system as much as it hates me. And i want to be physically fit. Who the hell don't want to be physically fit?
2. FOR HANBOK! FYI, I'm part of Korean Clutural Center PH official Performance team, NARA. We perform Korean Traditional Dance [Fan Dance (Buchaechum), Sword Dance (Geommu) etc.] and I'm currently learning to play the Traditional Instruments of Korea, Samulnori. Ofcourse, we do have costumes for these performances! As we know the body built of Koreans are smaller so hellya, obviously the costumes almost doesn't fit me, especially the normal Hanbok for Fan Dance. YES ALMOST, but almost is always never enough. I can't move properly! I can't give my all.
3. My Dream? I think even though I'm proud of what my body looks like now (NO IT'S A LIE!! I JUST HAVE FULL OF PRIDE INSIDE MY BRAIN) I still want to have a sexy body. I mean, a more formal body? Wait, what's the right term for this? Like, I want to wear something 'fashionable' that I can buy from almost every clothes store that are cheap or expensive. (PLUS SIZE CLOTHES ARE F*ING EXPENSIVE BUT NOT SO 'PASYOWN'. It looks like for 'BUNTIS' only and it's too big for me.) The most unfortunate thing for me is that, I AM TOO BIG FOR NORMAL SIZE AND TOO SMALL FOR PLUS SIZE. SO WHAT WHAT WHAT?! UGH, I don't want to waste my time anymore to look for my "SIZE" (WHAT THE HELL IS MY SIZE) for couple of hours and will just go home with nothing.
I'm reviving this blog because why not? I hope this will motivate me and it will remind me of what and why I am doing this.
I will start my Whole 30 day challenge tomorrow, August 07, 2017. I'll also, post my progress, what's my meal for the day etc. Every day to update and motivate myself. No one will ever read this blog, right? Alright, my pride is safe.

As we know the body built of Koreans are smaller so hellya, obviously the costumes almost doesn't fit me, especially the normal Hanbok for Fan Dance. YES ALMOST, but almost is always never enough. I can't move properly! I can't give my all.
3. My Dream? I think even though I'm proud of what my body looks like now (NO IT'S A LIE!! I JUST HAVE FULL OF PRIDE INSIDE MY BRAIN) I still want to have a sexy body. I mean, a more formal body? Wait, what's the right term for this? Like, I want to wear something 'fashionable' that I can buy from almost every clothes store that are cheap or expensive. (PLUS SIZE CLOTHES ARE F*ING EXPENSIVE BUT NOT SO 'PASYOWN'. It looks like for 'BUNTIS' only and it's too big for me.) The most unfortunate thing for me is that, I AM TOO BIG FOR NORMAL SIZE AND TOO SMALL FOR PLUS SIZE. SO WHAT WHAT WHAT?! UGH, I don't want to waste my time anymore to look for my "SIZE" (WHAT THE HELL IS MY SIZE) for couple of hours and will just go home with nothing.
I'm reviving this blog because why not? I hope this will motivate me and it will remind me of what and why I am doing this.
I will start my Whole 30 day challenge tomorrow, August 07, 2017. I'll also, post my progress, what's my meal for the day etc. Every day to update and motivate myself. No one will ever read this blog, right? Alright, my pride is safe.
