WHOLE 30- DAY 3

THIS. IS. NOT. MY. DAY. I. AM. SO. STRESSED.

Breakfast (8:30-9am) 



Banana

Snack (minutes before lunch. I was so hungry!! Hangry rather!!! I just walked (a ton) that's why I was so tired and really hungry. Yep, I went out for work but went back to office almost during lunch time.)


Banana again



Lunch (12:00-12:30)




Can't think of any decent food for my lunch today so i just bought McDo chicken and paired it to unseasoned mash potato that I prepared this morning

Dinner (8:30-9:00pm)

I just can't take it anymoooorreeee~ I AM SO STRESSED AND I AM SO HANGRY. YES IMMA STRESS EATER. 😢😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 S O R R Y !

I also had Fishda crackers for snacks 💔💔💔
