I had skyflakes for snack! My day was so toxic!! I feel so empty. I almost want to fill my stomach with tons of food!! But NO NO NO!!!! MAYBE I  FAILED IN SOME PART OF MY LIFE ALREADY BUT NOT ON THIS DIET PLEASE!!! 😢

Temptations are just temptation. Chicken!!!
